Strategic Tutors proudly partners with Agentia Boardroom to deliver free AI training for all students

As artificial intelligence becomes embedded across business operations, it is also starting to reshape how organisations are governed and what is expected of governance professionals.

To help students engage with this shift, we offer a free dedicated training stream on AI in Corporate Governance. This is not examinable content, but it is increasingly essential. It introduces the ideas, examples and foundational thinking needed to understand how AI is changing corporate governance structures, boardroom dynamics, risk and compliance responsibilities, reporting practices and the future skillsets required in the profession.

The training is delivered by Guest Lecturer Paul Stark, founder of Agentia Boardroom and the Centre for AI in Board Effectiveness. His work focuses on the intersection of AI, governance, and decision-making helping both boards and governance professionals navigate the opportunities and risks created by emerging technologies.
