Session 2 – AI in Practice: Supporting Directors & Governance Professionals This session builds on the foundations from Session One, focusing on how AI is applied in practice across governance roles. A key theme is understanding how directors are expected to use AI, so that governance professionals can better support them, while also learning how to apply AI tools within their own work. Participants will explore: - How directors are likely to interact with AI and what support they will need - How governance professionals can use AI directly to scale and strengthen governance delivery - Practical applications of AI across board, entity and stakeholder governance - The boundaries that preserve confidentiality, accountability and assurance
