Boardroom Dynamics - Mentored

Course Decription

The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 2 exam in Boardroom Dynamics. The "Mentored" programme is for students who wish to study at their own pace. Students have the option of either attending the weekly live online “Immersive” sessions or they can watch them at their own pace. At the same time students support their studies with access to our extensive online subject learning resources which focus on key subject areas and most importantly how to pass the exam. Finally, students have access to their own private tutor to help them develop their exam technique through marked assignments and to answer any questions that they may have about syllabus content. Students will have up to 5 hours of 1-2-1 private tuition with their Mentor delivered via Zoom. The student can choose how this time is split across 15 slots of 20 minutes each and can combine slots to make up longer sessions. The live online weekly “Immersive” classes are delivered by 9 weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 6.00pm to 8.30pm starting on 9th September 2026 and finishing on 11th November 2026 and 1 session on Monday 5th October. Students can choose to watch the recordings of these sessions at their own pace. In addition to the current “Immersive” classes, students have access to our recording archive for this subject. Course features and resources: 1) Access to recordings of our live sessions to watch online as many times as you like on our learning management system (LMS); 2) All of our unique learning resources are also available to you on our LMS; 3) Up to 5 hours of 1-2-1 private tuition with a Mentor delivered via Zoom. 4) "Bootcamp" revision courses are restricted to 20 students; 5) A guarantee that after having taken the November 2026 exam, should you need to resit, you can complete the "Mentored" programme again for free (T&C apply); 6) Optional exam question homework is set and marked by our tutors. This improves student exam writing style & technique and students are well prepared and there are no surprises on exam day; and 7) Qualified lecturers who are current and relevant to the subjects they teach.
