Service Description

Friday Evenings 10 week course The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Compliance & Administration. The course is delivered by 10 weekly sessions on Friday evenings from 5.00pm to 7.30pm starting on 29th August 2025 and finishing on 7th November 2025. There will be no class on Friday 10th October 2025. The course develops knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates. Weekend Revision Course The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Compliance & Administration. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content. The course is delivered over three days from 09.00am to 1.30pm on Friday 14th, Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th November 2025.
