Service Description

The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Compliance & Administration. The course is delivered by 10 weekly sessions on Fridays from 5.00pm to 7.30pm starting on 29th August 2025 and finishing on 7th November 2025. There will be no class on Friday 10th October 2025. The course develops knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates. Students wishing to also attend the revision classes on 14th, 15th & 16th November 2025 can receive an automatic £50 discount when booking both courses at the same time. To do this, please select the "Company Compliance & Administration Plus Revision" option rather than booking the revision course and the 10 week course individually. Course features and resources: 1) Sessions are recorded for you to watch online as many times as you like on our learning management system (LMS); 2) All of our unique learning resources are also available to you on our LMS; 3) Weekly classes are restricted to 15 students to maximise tutor/student engagement. Revision courses are restricted to 25; 4) A guarantee that should you need to resit you can complete the course again for free (T&C apply); 5) For our weekly classes, optional exam question homework is set and marked each week by our tutors. This improves student exam writing style & technique and students are well prepared and there are no surprises on exam day; 6) Qualified lecturers who are current and relevant to the subjects they teach; 7) Additional free AI courses (three 90 minutes sessions) for Governance Professionals; 8) Additional free exam writing and technique courses (three 90 minute sessions).
