Mentored Programme (With Eden McLinn) The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Law. This "Mentored" course is for students who prefer to self-study at their own pace but working with a mentor to develop their exam technique through marked assignments and to answer any questions that students may have about syllabus content. Students on the "Mentored" programme have access to our archive of live weekly classes and learning resources which focus on key subject areas and most importantly how to pass the exam. The course provides a thorough grounding in, and knowledge and understanding of, the legal framework governing certain business organisations, with particular focus on the registered company. Where appropriate, the course will also cover relevant corporate governance topics, and the relationship between company law and corporate governance. Note: The first and last sessions listed below are simply the start and end date of this "Mentored" programme. They are not sessions that you need to attend. Bootcamp - 2 Day Weekend Revision (With Jess Riches). The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Law. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions based around the pre-released case study. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content beforehand. The course is delivered by two full day sessions from 09.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st May 2026. 1) Access to our archive of live "Interactive" weekly classes and your live "Bootcamp" sessions to watch online as many times as you like on our learning management system (LMS); 2) All of our unique learning resources are also available to you on our LMS; 3) Revision courses are restricted to 25; 4) A guarantee that after having taken the June 2026 exam, should you need to resit, you can complete the course again for free (T&C apply); 5) Optional exam question homework is set and marked by our tutors. This improves student exam writing style & technique and students are well prepared and there are no surprises on exam day; and 6) Qualified lecturers who are current and relevant to the subjects they teach.
