Service Description

Monday Evenings 10 week course The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Law. The course is delivered by 10 weekly sessions on Monday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm starting on 1st September 2025 and finishing on 3rd November 2025. The course provides a thorough grounding in, and knowledge and understanding of, the legal framework governing certain business organisations, with particular focus on the registered company. Where appropriate, the course will also cover relevant corporate governance topics, and the relationship between company law and corporate governance. Weekend Revision Course The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Company Law. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content. The course is delivered by two full day sessions from 09.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th November 2025.
