Wednesday Evenings 10 week course The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Corporate Governance. The course is delivered by 10 weekly sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm starting on 27th August 2025 and finishing on 5th November 2025. There will be no class on Wednesday 3rd September 2025. The course provides an advanced knowledge and key skills necessary for the company secretary or governance professional to act as chief adviser to the board and other stakeholders on best practice in corporate governance, and as the facilitator for systematic application across a wide range of organisations. Weekend Revision Course The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Corporate Governance. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content. The course is delivered by two full day sessions from 09.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th November 2025.
