IFAI - Bootcamp (With Jim Skinner)

Course Decription

The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Interpreting Financial & Accounting Information. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content beforehand. The course is delivered by two full day sessions from 09.00am to 4.30pm on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November 2026. Students wishing to attend the revision "Bootcamp" on 14th & 15th November 2026 and also attend our 12 week "Immersive" course can receive an automatic £100 discount when booking both courses at the same time. To do this, please select the "IFAI - Immersive Thursdays + Bootcamp" course rather than the revision "Bootcamp" course and the "Immersive" course separately. An automatic discount of £50 applies if you are booking the "Bootcamp" and the "Resources" package at the same time and an automatic discount of £150 applies if you are booking the "Bootcamp" and "Mentored" Programme at the same time. For all discount options, select the appropriate combined package rather than booking the individual courses. Course features and resources: 1) Sessions are recorded for you to watch online as many times as you like on our learning management system (LMS); 2) All of our unique learning resources are also available to you on our LMS; 3) Weekly "Immersive" classes are restricted to 15 students to maximise tutor/student engagement. "Bootcamp" revision courses are restricted to 20; 4) For our weekly "Immersive" classes, optional exam question homework is set and marked each week by our tutors. This improves student exam writing style & technique and students are well prepared and there are no surprises on exam day; and 5) Qualified lecturers who are current and relevant to the subjects they teach.
