Service Description

11 Session Study Course (7 Thursday Evenings and 4 Satuday Mornings) The aim of this course is to prepare students for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Interpreting Financial & Accounting Information. The course is delivered by 7 weekday sessions on Thursdays from 6.00pm to 8.30pm and 4 Saturday morning classes from 9.00am to 2.00pm starting on 23rd August 2025 and finishing on 9th October 2025. The course develops knowledge of finance and accounting and the ability to use that knowledge to interpret financial and accounting information when providing advice to the board, or a similar decision-making body, in strategy development and/or decision-making. Revision Course The aim of this course is to ensure students are exam ready for the Chartered Governance Institute Qualifying Programme Part 1 exam in Interpreting Financial & Accounting Information. The main focus of this course will be exam technique and practice questions. During this course we will also revisit certain key aspects of the syllabus but students attending this course are expected to have a good working knowledge of the syllabus content. The course is delivered over three Saturdays from 09.00am to 4.00pm on 11th, 18th & 25th November 2025.
